a thing of pain
a thing of joy
an end to a legacy
a new begging
an honor
an dishonor
to some it's an escape
to some it would be a pleasure
to accept it is to be near it
to fear it is to be human
death is the word on my lips
the substance on your fingertips
leave me be o cursed fate
so I may run another day
